Description
: A white or pale colored crystalline
powder. Soluble in 85 parts of water,6 parts alcohol,2
parts of boiling water, slightly soluble in ether.

Uses : Gallic
acid is used in determination of bismuth,cerium,copper,nitrite
phosphorus,silver thorium and titanium,etc.It is

and organic synthetic indrstries.

Gallic acid should be kept in a well-closed container.
